Details:

All Entry fees will be collected at the door prior to entering and numbered arm bands will be assigned. Pre-Registered Teams will have entry priority.  Unload equipment only in designated areas. Your equipment must be setup and approved by a WootWoot Rep prior to displayed count down.

     
Teams
1. Teams must consist of 4 members, 3 member teams are not allowed
2. No Gamertag changes after the close of registration
Scheduling and Playing Series
1. The Tournament is broken down into separate round-robins called Pods with a maximum of 14 teams per pod. Each team can play up to 13 games.
2. Do not continue past scheduled intermissions until directed to.
3. Games must be played in order.
4. No warm-up or practice rounds are permitted once the tournament has begun..
Host and Guest
1. The host is specified on the schedule and must be red.
2. The guest must be blue.
Game Play
1. The Host has the responsibility of physically changing the game settings, the Guest has the responsibility of checking to make sure the Host has everything set correctly.
2. If a game begins without all of the correct settings both teams are at fault for not doing their job. The solution is very simple, end the game and restart it with the correct settings. No matter who has the lead. If any discrepencies occur please wave your flag to get Staff Members attention.
2. Coaches will only be allowed before and after games. Once a game begins any persons not on the team can not speak to the team at all. Even during death or respawn times.
Reporting Results
1. Match results must be reported by the winner before leaving the stats page.
2. To report stats raise your flag and wait for a Staff Member.
Protests / Cheating
1. In the event that you feel an opponent has cheated please call a staff member over to review your gameplay video.
2. Any form of cheating can result in a disqualification.
3. WootWoot Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
4.

If any disputes or discrepancies are found, please bring it to the attention of a WootWoot Rep prior to the end of the tourney, Once places are awarded no changes will be made.

WootWoot Proprietary Scoring System (WWPSS)
1.

The Overkill Advantage - If the winning team beats it's opponent by more than 40% they receive a bonus of 9% times their team's kills. If the winning team beats it's opponent by 60% they receive a bonus of 18% times their team's kills.

2.

The Trigger Happy Advantage - If the winning team ends the game via reaching the kill limit as oppose to reaching the time limit they receive a bonus of 18% times their team's kills.

The Winners Advantage - The winning team receives a bonus that is equal to 50 kills.

Finals Series

When all scheduled games have been played, the final series is created. The Final Series includes the top 2 scoring teams of each Round Robin Pod. The series will be a ladder tourney. The winners of these games are determined by the first team to 50 kills in 8 min (or the most kills at the end of 8 min), NOT THE WWPS POINT SYSTEM. The Championship game is a best of three series.  Each team will pick one map, and the last map will be pre-determined. A coin toss will determine which map is played first.
